1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the item to request a return for a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All tags and protective films must be intact.
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., phone cases with custom prints/photos) are final sale and non-refundable, unless they are defective or we made an error.
- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps:
- Contact Our Customer Service: Within the 14-day period, email us at lmf-lovemoneyfame@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We may request photos of the product to assist with your request.
- Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after processing. The timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure your order is perfect. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Email Address]. Please include your order number and clear photos/video of the issue.
In such cases, we will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement/refund. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer refunds only. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or design, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

- Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
